Everything in the home is for sale. Our local personal property appraisers ensure all items are priced fairly. Valuable items are not hidden but placed in cases at the front of the sale.

Friendly Staff

Our staff are there to help you have a true retail experience. They can help you with questions on items, help you load them into your vehicle, or place them on our “hold table” for you to come and pickup at a later time.

Fast & Easy

We use a sign up sheet to ensure you will enter the home in an orderly manner and that there will be no overcrowding. We accept cash and credit card and offer receipts for all items.

Beautifully Displayed

All items are priced clearly. Furniture is arranged for easy viewing. Closets are emptied and all items displayed neatly on tables with table cloths. Signage is placed throughout the sale so that you know how to shop and where to checkout.

We went to an estate sale handled by Toni, Azalea and David. They were very helpful and stayed open late for us. I must say the direction signs were plentiful and easy to follow. We commented that they were the best we had seen.

I frequent estate sales with my girlfriend. We go to two a week if they are good. So I have a lot of experience with many different sellers. As a buyer, I would have to say that True Legacy has been the most consistent and organized seller. Their staff is always friendly offering to take large items I’m holding to the hold table. Estate Sale Shopper Questions

?What sort of payments do you accept at the sale?

We accept all payment types including major credit cards, debit cards and cash. All payments are processed through our point-of-sale system and a receipt can be provided to you.

?Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, as required by law. Tax is calculated and added to the cost of every purchase.

?Do you pre-sell or allow people to enter the sale early?

No, we want a fair playing field for all interested buyers.

?When do the sales take place?

The vast majority of estate sales run on Saturday and Sunday from the morning to early afternoon. Visit our upcoming estate sales page to see what we have scheduled. This page is updated weekly.
